Shipping & Delivery
Orders may be shipped from different warehouses via USPS, UPS, DHL or fedex ground. Your products might arrive in separate boxes on different days. Expedited air shipping is only available on certain products.
Your order may take 1-2 days to authorize with an additional 1-2 days for warehouse processing.
Orders generally ship within 72 hours (Excluding weekends and holidays) of payment approval.
Pricing & Billing
We accept Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express and electronic checks. Your credit card will be billed after your order is sent to the warehouse for shipping.

Warranty
All products are covered under their respective manufacturer’s warranty.
SOSCharger™, SOSBeam™ product lines are guaranteed by SOSReady, LLC, to be free from defect for at least one (1) year from purchase date, or you may exchange the non-working unit for a replacement of similar or like value. SOSReady, LLC reserves the right to determine the validity of claim and replacement product, which may be new or refurbished.
Return & Replacements
SOSReady allows up to 30-days to return items sold through sosready.com or soscharger.com. Unopened product is subject to a full refund, returned to the purchasing credit card. Gift returns will receive a gift-credit towards the purchase of other products on sosready.com or soscharger.com. Opened and/or used product returns shall grant the buyer a full-store credit for the purchase of other items on the sosready.com or soscharger.com Websites, if returned within 30-days of purchase date and in reasonable condition.
Returns are subject to a full inspection by SOSReady, prior to refund or exchanges. SOSReady reserves the right to deny refund, should it deem product or service damaged or in improper condition for resale.
