SOS Ready is an emergency preparedness company that specializes in the design and manufacture of Self-Powered (Dynamo) products. We also offer select emergency preparedness products from other companies.

From self-powered lights, chargers, and radios to comprehensive survial kits, SOSReady’s offerings are chosen for their quality, durability and performance.

SOS Ready line of products

We manufacture an innovative line of self-powered, also known as dynamo, products for emergency situations. SOS Ready products are designed to be independent of power grids, allowing use during power outages and in areas where power isn’t readily available. Our products don’t depend on the availability of batteries or light bulbs, making them truly self sufficient, reusable, and earth friendly devices.

You may recognize our flagship products, the SOS Charger and SOS Beam.

Company History

Our company has been in business for ten years and was originally, ElectroHIFI, a car audio importer and distributer. We started out as the exclusive north america importer of Grundig car audio products. When Grundig, a famous German consumer electronics firm, sold their Car Audio business, the founders of ElectroHiFi had to reevaluate their business.

From the beginning our goal has been to offer innovative and useful products. As our customers have always been our priority, we decided to focus on products that would be truly useful and beneficial to them. With our background in electronics and our new mission to create the most useful products possible, emergency preparedness electronics was the perfect fit.

Out of that came our first product, the SOSCharger (now SOSCharger Classic), followed by the SOSBeam. From the overwhelming response to SOSCharger, ElectroHiFi became SOSReady, LLC.

Now SOSReady, our namesake, offers a complete line of products to help people prepare and endure emergency situations.
